HR ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organized employee 201 files, ensuring records are complete, confidential, and up to date.
  • Assist the Accountant with other tasks such as data encoding, document preparation, monitoring and check office supplies and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external contacts for smooth workflow.
  • Prepare, edit, and format letters, memos, reports, and other documents

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office,(Word, Excel, Google Sheet)and other office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Can Handle Multiple task with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Ability to communicate in Korean is an asset when assisting a Korean boss)
  • Candidates with experience working at a visa-related agency preferred.
  • Has basic knowledge of HR tasks such as timekeeping, preparing employment contracts, and other related HR duties.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work extended hours if needed.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment operation (printers, scanners, copiers).
