HR & ADMIN MANAGER
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Expertise in Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Possesses strong HR Operations management skills including Timekeeping, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development and Labor Relations.
- Strong knowledge of the Administrative roles including Occupational Safety and Health Laws (RA 11058), housekeeping, security, company’s amenities and services and other related areas.
- Ability to manage and formulate HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
- Strong knowledge in Organization Development
- Demonstrates talent management and leadership skills to effectively develop a team
- Possesses Strong skills in HR Metrics and Analysis
- Experience in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel nationwide
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Organization Development.
- Hands-on experience in labor law compliance
- With background in various certifications such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 9001 2015, ISO 14001
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor or a related field.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training is an advantage but not but not required
