HR & ADMIN MANAGER

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expertise in Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Possesses strong HR Operations management skills including Timekeeping, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development and Labor Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Administrative roles including Occupational Safety and Health Laws (RA 11058), housekeeping, security, company’s amenities and services and other related areas.
  • Ability to manage and formulate HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
  • Strong knowledge in Organization Development
  • Demonstrates talent management and leadership skills to effectively develop a team
  • Possesses Strong skills in HR Metrics and Analysis
  • Experience in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel nationwide
EXPERIENCE
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Organization Development.
  • Hands-on experience in labor law compliance
  • With background in various certifications such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 9001 2015, ISO 14001
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor or a related field.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training is an advantage but not but not required
