- What You’ll Be Doing
- Map and document end-to-end business processes, including SOPs, workflows, and swimlane diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Conduct current-state process assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze workflows and operational data to pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend practical, measurable solutions.
- Translate complex processes into clear, structured documentation that supports operations and decision-making.
- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, Training, and client stakeholders to validate processes and align on improvements.
- Support implementation of process changes and monitor post-rollout performance to ensure effectiveness and adoption.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Mapping, or Process Improvement (BPO/shared services preferred).
- Strong understanding of BPO operations (customer service, back office, or shared services environments).
- Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to present insights clearly and confidently.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification is a plus).
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AU) is an advantage.
