Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Business Analysis s required for this position
- Background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in project requirements gathering
- QA/systems testing experience is a must
- Familiar in data analysis, test planning, Project Management

- Engage business units to gather, document, and validate business requirements, workflows, and pain points.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and process specifications for ERP configuration.
- Support process harmonization and data standardization across departments.
- Participate in solution design reviews and recommend process improvements based on best practices.
- Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and issue resolution.
- Assist in preparing user training materials and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
