The Role:
We are seeking a driven Business Analyst who pairs strong financial acumen with a strategic, business-focused mindset to take full ownership of product performance, growth, and profitability. This role goes beyond traditional product management — you will act as the owner of the business, using financial insight and strategic thinking to drive impactful initiatives.You will evaluate the economics behind payments, question assumptions, and lead projects that optimize profitability while strengthening our position in the payments ecosystem.
HYBRID: 1x a week onsite in Makati
Key responsibilities:
- Push initiatives that grow active users, conversion rates, and transaction volumes by analyzing acquisition, campaign performance, and customer behavior
- Deliver product features and improvements by working closely with IT, UI/UX, Compliance, Finance, and Ops — through clear, actionable BRDs
- Monitor P&L, revenues, costs, margins, unit economics, and key business drivers to ensure product profitability
- Track market trends, consumer behavior, competitor moves, and the broader industry landscape to identify growth opportunities
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or any related field
- 1-3+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce, fintech, retail, or FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess the problem, and execute decisions
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial and ownership mindset
- Prior product management experience is a plus but not required
- Work in a fast growing fintech brand in the Philippines
