Company Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees, providing immediate medical care when needed, and supporting workplace wellness initiatives.

• Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs
• Provide first aid and emergency treatment to employees
• Administer prescribed medications when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped clinic/sick bay
• Promote health awareness, wellness programs, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of employee illnesses and injuries while ensuring confidentiality
• Conduct regular health monitoring and assist in employee health assessments
• Collaborate with management on employee health concerns and safety improvements
• Assist in developing strategies to improve employee productivity and well-being
• Facilitate or participate in seminars on topics such as HIV/AIDS awareness, gender sensitivity, family planning, and stress management

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
• With experience as a Company Nurse (required)
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certificate (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• With training or background in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
