About the role

Matimco, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse to join our team in our Bagbaguin, Caloocan City location. As a full-time Company Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, providing essential medical care and support to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

1. Providing first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees as needed
2. Administering medications, treatments, and conducting routine health check-ups
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
4. Coordinating with external healthcare providers and facilities for more advanced medical needs
5. Implementing and monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety policies
6. Promoting health and wellness initiatives to educate and support employees
7. Collaborating with management to identify and address health-related concerns

1. A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a company nurse or in a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees
5. Proficient in maintaining detailed medical records and documentation
6. Ability to remain calm and provide efficient care in emergency situations
7. A genuine passion for promoting employee health and well-being
