Project Sales Representatives

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new customers, projects, and untapped market opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, generate demand, and secure orders.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Phildex products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively present solutions to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
- Recommend appropriate products and solutions that align with client requirements and project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as purchasing managers, engineers, and decision-makers.
- Strengthen post-sales engagement to drive repeat business, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and product developments to maintain market competitiveness.
- Gather customer feedback and satisfaction insights, and communicate findings to management and technical teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager, specifier, and marketing teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Support product presentations, demonstrations, and sample evaluations for clients and project teams.
- Contribute to the development of promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports detailing performance, pipeline status, and challenges.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and effective coordination of deliveries.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum of two (2) years sales work experience in the building materials or construction industry.
- Knowledgeable in handling developers & contractors.
- With portfolio of known key accounts and contact persons.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and can work with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork in DAVAO.
