KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting, promoting and selling products to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnership and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and accurately track sales reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitor’s activities.
- Performs other sales-related tasks assigned by the Immediate head.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative 3 + years or similar role.
- Results-driven and motivated sales professional.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Having knowledge of the auto-supply industry and the technical aspects of the product.
- Familiarity in terms of geographical locations, landmarks, and directions within the assigned area.
- Preferably with own service
TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED:
- Basic knowledge of sales targets or quotas.
- Knowledge of the details of each product.
- Good customer service skill.
