As a Microsoft indirect partner, we specialize in configurations, BIR/Philippine tax compliance, data migration, and system integrations.

The Role

You will report to and work alongside a Senior Functional Consultant who will serve as your lead and guide you through projects. You'll also collaborate with our Technical Developer and Account Manager as part of a tight-knit team delivering full end-to-end BC implementations.

This is not a solo role — you'll be part of a structured team where knowledge sharing, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving are the norm.

What You'll Do

• Participate in client discovery workshops and business process analysis sessions
• Conduct fit-gap assessments to map client requirements against standard BC capabilities
• Document business requirements (BRDs) and functional specifications

• Configure BC modules across all 12 core functional areas (listed below)
• Set up and maintain master data: Chart of Accounts, vendors, customers, items, dimensions, number series, and posting groups
• Produce Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Configure Philippine tax compliance — withholding tax (EWT/FWT), VAT, and BIR form generation

• Assess legacy data quality, structure, and completeness
• Lead data cleansing, normalization, and validation prior to migration
• Execute data imports into BC (opening balances, master data, historical transactions)

• Prepare and execute test scripts (unit, integration, end-to-end scenario testing)
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with client stakeholders

• Develop training materials and deliver end-user and key-user training
• Support go-live cutover and post-go-live hypercare
• Document configuration workbooks and knowledge transfer materials

• Work under the guidance of the Senior Functional Consultant on delivery and client communications
• Coordinate with the Technical Developer on AL customizations and Power Apps-to-BC integrations
• Contribute to internal project governance and scope change management

1. Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay — vendors, purchase quotes, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, discounts and returns
2. Order-to-Cash — customers, quotations, sales orders, shipments, invoicing and returns
3. Record-to-Report — chart of accounts, posting groups, journals, dimensions, financial reporting and period-end closing
4. Plan-to-Perform / FP&A — budgets, financial reports, analysis by dimensions and cash-flow forecasting
5. Acquire-to-Retire / Fixed Assets — acquisition, depreciation books, components, asset categorization and disposal
6. Treasury & Cash Management — bank accounts, payment journals, cash receipts, applications and bank reconciliation
7. Tax & Statutory Compliance — VAT entries, VAT returns, tax reconciliation, BIR reporting and statutory compliance
8. Inventory & Cost Accounting — FIFO, average, standard cost, expected cost, COGS and inventory valuation
9. Project Accounting & WIP — project budgets, resources, time sheets, costs, billing, posting groups and WIP methods
10. Employee Accounting & Expenses — employee records, expense reports, approvals, posting and reimbursement
11. Intercompany & Consolidation — intercompany documents, account mapping, dimensions, subsidiaries and consolidation
12. Governance, Controls & Master Data — approval workflows, user permissions, dimensions and master data management

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• At least 4–5 completed end-to-end implementation cycles (discovery through go-live)
• Demonstrated knowledge across the 12 core BC process areas listed above
• Experience with master data setup, data migration, and data validation
• Ability to produce functional documentation: BRDs, FDDs, SDDs, test scripts, configuration workbooks
• Familiarity with Microsoft implementation methodologies (Sure Step / Success by Design)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Self-directed in a remote work setup
• MB-800 certification preferred

• Experience with Philippine BIR tax compliance in BC (withholding tax, VAT, Alphalist, DAT files, CAS accreditation)
• Prior work in education, hospitality, or F&B industries
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or API integrations with BC
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for AL code management
• Additional Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-820)

Work Setup

Hybrid — primarily remote, with onsite presence at client sites for discovery workshops, UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare. Travel within the Philippines may be required.
