What is the job?

The Associate Operations Manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to drive team performance in quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Co-manage daily operations with clients, including coaching, attendance tracking, and issue resolution.
• Conduct team meetings and 1:1 sessions to align goals, provide feedback, and improve engagement.
• Participate in client meetings to track and resolve open operational items.
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support staffing, onboarding, training, QA, reporting, and special projects.

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of experience in people management or leadership role in any industry.
• Has managed a team of at least 10 team members.
• Experience talking to and assisting customers or clients, whether they are individuals or representatives from another company (Business- to-business or business-to-consumer setting).
