The Opportunity
Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to join a rapidly growing company? Sicilian Roast.' is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to play a pivotal role in driving our sales and business growth. In this full-time position based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will leverage your exceptional sales skills and industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively prospect and identify potential new clients within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Provide clients with product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and client needs
- Provide valuable feedback to inform product development and business strategy
- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of proven success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
