Sales Executive/Renal Sales Specialist (North Luzon & Central Luzon)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelors Degree in any Medical or Allied Medical Course or any Business courses.
  2. Preferably with 1-3 years experience in the same/similar position.
  3. Experience in Medical equipment's/devices is an advantage.
  4. Preferably living in Central Luzon or North Luzon.
  5. Applicants with Clinical Background (Nurse/Medtech) are high priority.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of Sales Budget
  • Development of Strategic Product
  • New Account Conversion
  • Development of Key Accounts
  • Customer Retention (Handling Objections, Product Complaints, After sales Service)
  • Sales Lead Generation
  • Account Profiling
  • Pipeline Management
  • Marketing Activities (Product Demo, Presentation, etc.)
  • Market Intelligence and Data Gathering
  • Reporting and Compliance

Transactional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate documents needed by customers/distributors
  • Facilitate request for approval: samples, sponsorships, cash advance, business trip, etc.
  • Facilitate price recommendations/support as needed for approval
  • In close coordination with District Sales Manager/immediate superior all relevant information in the territory

Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Monthly Forecast on a per Territory basis
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Report and Territory Analysis
  • Creation and monitoring of Pipeline
  • Submit Travel Expenses and other expenses incurred on a timely manner
  • Submit Business Trip Report on a timely manner
  • Submit Monthly Plan/Schedule
