Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Draft, review, and organize reports, memos, communications, and presentations
  • Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion
  • Monitor emails and assist in prioritizing and responding to messages
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business trips
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing tasks for the executive
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
  • Can work under pressure, multitask, and manage time efficiently
  • Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
  • Proactive, resourceful, and has a strong sense of accountability
