About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This is a key role in helping our newly established company run efficiently by managing executive schedules, handling confidential tasks, and supporting coordination across departments.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has a high level of discretion, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help leaders focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and reimbursements.
  • Assist with project coordination and interdepartmental follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Support the executive in organizing and prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and business commitments.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including occasional support in HR, operations, or social media coordination.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or in a similar support role.
  • Startup experience or working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, Zoom, etc.
  • Discreet, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Can work independently in a hybrid setup with minimal supervision.
