We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated US Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper to support the accounting and financial operations of our US-based clients. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end and year-end closing, and ensuring compliance with US accounting and payroll regulations.The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant and contribute to delivering high-quality accounting services across various industries, including real estate, professional services, and entertainment.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with US accounting and tax exposure.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and finance concepts.
Understanding of US local, state, and federal accounting, tax, and payroll regulations.
Experience in industries such as real estate, professional services, or entertainment is preferred.
Technical accounting and reconciliation skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Familiarity with Bill.com, Tax1099, and Keeper (formerly Double) is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
