Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Familiarity with government reporting requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and other regulatory agencies)
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
