What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of sales associates, driving performance and fostering a positive, customer-focused work environment
Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and financial objectives
Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized to create an inviting shopping experience
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints
Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company policies and initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements

What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the hardware or home improvement industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting to track and optimize store performance
Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the regional management team
