Job description:

Assist Store Manager with work schedules, payroll, and team members training duties.
Monitor and document staff attendance, communicating with Store Manager regarding which team members are not meeting attendance requirements.
Ensure that all team members follow standards protocol.
Ensure that all team members follow health code and sanitation practices.
Check food and beverage orders to verify they are prepared and served within company standards.
Greet customers and check that they are enjoying their experience. They also manage customer complaints and rectify customer problems.
Provide aid to all team members as needed.

Assist in the day-to-day logistics of food service and to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Do also store tasks (Barista / Cashiering / Kitchen)

Manage to monitor the everyday cleanliness of the Store.

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Male / Female
Bachelor's Degree holder (HRM / Tourism Management / or any related courses.
At least 3 years work experience as a managerial position in food/restaurant/beverage services.

With Excellence Customer Service skill.
