International Tax Advisor

• Identify opportunities to optimize tax positions, focusing on permanent establishment, transfer pricing, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure tax-efficient strategies and resolve tax-related issues.
• Monitor changes in global and local tax laws, treaties, and regulations, and assess their impact on the business.
• Conduct tax due diligence and support risk assessments for international projects and initiatives.
• Manage regional tax initiatives and support tax compliance, audits, and documentation.
• Assist in securing tax treaty benefits and ensure accurate tax accounting where required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax, preferably from a Big 4 firm or multinational in-house role
• Strong understanding of international and cross-border tax matters
• Solid knowledge of tax laws, tax treaties, and global frameworks (e.g., OECD BEPS)
• Familiarity with accounting principles; experience with IAS 12 is a plus
• CPA qualification preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures
