Responsibilities:

  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records (e.g., employment contracts, ID requests)
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute company policies, guidelines, and FAQ documents
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics (e.g., hires per department)

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience using spreadsheets and MS Office tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Willing to work on site in Makati
