About the role
Are you an experienced HR Administrative Specialist looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced and innovative technology company? iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking an HR Admin Facilities Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis.This pivotal role will provide comprehensive HR administrative and facilities support to help drive the continued growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Providing HR administrative support, including managing employee records, processing payroll and benefits, and coordinating leave requests
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, such as scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts
- Overseeing office facilities and operations, including maintenance, procurement, and managing vendor relationships
- Implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Supporting the HR team with special projects and other duties as required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or facilities management role, preferably within the technology industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
