Qualifications for HR/Admin Associate:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • With knowledge in DOLE Compliances (Preferred)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
