The Business Development Officer – GameOps Growth & Industry Development is responsible for growing GameOps’ client base, supporting service expansion, assisting the BD Director in industry development initiatives (including GDAP work) and strengthening global partnerships.

This officer functions as the BD Director’s operational and strategic extension.

Key Responsibilities

GAMEOPS REVENUE & CLIENT ACQUISITION
  • Lead Generation & Sales
  • Identify 20–30 high-value leads monthly
  • Maintain 3–5 active client negotiations
  • Assist in closing at least 1 new service contract per quarter
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline health weekly
  • Client Relationship Support
  • Prepare proposals and presentations
  • Draft scopes and partnership frameworks
  • Coordinate follow-ups within 48 hours
  • Support upsell & cross-sell efforts
  • Market Expansion
  • Research new territories, verticals, and service gaps
  • Conduct competitive analysis quarterly
  • Identify emerging service opportunities
SUPPORT TO BD DIRECTOR - INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & GDAP
  • Assist in preparing:
  • Government presentations
  • Policy recommendations
  • Trade mission materials
  • International collaboration deck
  • Attend meetings (local and international)
  • Provide research briefs before strategic meetings
  • Draft summaries and action plan post-meetings
  • Help align GameOps positioning with:
  • National industry goals
  • ASEAN collaboration
  • Global partnership initiatives
CROSS-BUSINESS UNIT COLLABORATION
  • Work with GDS BD to convert sponsors into service clients
  • Support MEE Games partnership alignment
  • Contribute to ecosystem-wide research projects
  • Participate in at least one cross-unit strategy initiative monthly
ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL EXECUTION
  • Maintain updated sales trackers
  • Support budget and travel tracking
  • Ensure documentation for all BD activities is complete
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Analytical and commercially minded
  • Strong written communication (proposal & deck preparation)
  • Confident in meetings and external engagements
  • Highly organized and able to handle confidential information
  • Interested in industry building and ecosystem development

Must be willing to work ONSITE on shifting schedules including night shift, weekends, and holidays
