Data (Commission) Analyst New

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of multinational technology company.

Job Summary

The Commission Analyst will be assisting the administration, calculation, and analysis of revenue assignments and commission payments. This role ensures that commission plans are implemented correctly, and revenue is credited accurately. The Commission Analyst works closely with the sales, finance, and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and improve the commission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly and quarterly commission payments for sales other commission-based teams.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with commission plans and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Create and maintain training documentation for sales users.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with large data sets.
• Experience w/ AE's customer data and sales order data is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills, including the usage of pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Experience with Callidus software (or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with simple SQL statements is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable steps.
• Proficient organization skills a must.
