TECH BA MAINS:
Experience in system implementation projects using SDLC Waterfall methodology and Agile
Solid work experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation Process Analysis and Documentation, Process Improvement
Business Analysis:
Requirements Gathering: Ability to elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements for application integration.Use Case and User Story Development: Creating clear and detailed use cases and user stories that capture user interactions and system behaviors.
Communication Skills:
Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.Documentation Skills: Clear and concise documentation of requirements, specifications, and technical details.
Problem-Solving:
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose feasible technical solutions.Critical Thinking: Evaluating options and making recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the business and technical landscape.
Collaboration:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Client Collaboration: Interacting with clients or end-users to gather feedback and clarify requirements.
Tools and Software:
Requirements Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello for managing and tracking requirements.Diagramming Tools: Familiarity with tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart for creating process flows and system diagrams
Business Process Understanding:
