Job Description

• Drive the future development of AFSI’s financial products in the Philippines.
• Coordinate with executives, department heads and IT personnel to streamline business processes and increase productivity among employees.
• Identify goals, develop, and adapt global best practices for data collection, and analyzes current processes so that they may be improved to the greatest extent possible.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, customer behaviors, and industry regulations to provide insights and recommendations for fintech initiatives.
• Create high quality documentation and relevant processes as well as lead the analysis and documentation of the business’ requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall business objectives and strategies.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.
• Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes and propose these solutions to the company’s leaders and keep them updated with progress.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems and conduct impact analysis and risk assessments to evaluate potential implications of these enhancements.
• Contribute to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
• Be in constant dialogue with stakeholders, assess inputs from them, analyze a situation, and select the right plan of action to ensure the correct solution to business challenges.

• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst in the fintech industry, with a focus on complex projects and innovative solutions
• Strong understanding of fintech concepts, technologies, and trends
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and user story development
• 3+ years result-proven experience as a B2B and/or B2B2C business analyst
• Advanced knowledge of BPMN, UML notation
• Availability of launched projects for a large number of clients (more than 1 million people)
• Excellent knowledge and experience in end2end product development, including market and customer research, building the business-case with P&L-like models, setting tasks for development to IT team, project management
• Experience in post-released product support
• Experience in fintech or banking industry
• Knowledge of development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
• Dashboard management and executive reporting
• Advanced SQL skills
• Advanced user of Jira, Wiki, Miro, Figma, Amplitude, Tableau, etc
• Perfect networking and negotiation skills
• Analytical and data driven
