About the role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Account Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package of up to ₱35,000 per month. As a Retail Account CSR, you will provide blended support across multiple channels, ensuring that our retail clients receive exceptional service and timely assistance with their enquiries and requirements.This role is fundamental to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and building strong, long-term relationships with our retail account holders.
Key responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communications from retail account clients with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and account information in a timely and accurate manner
- Process orders, returns, and account updates for retail customers whilst maintaining accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions in the company system
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to retail account holders
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for service improvement
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards whilst consistently meeting performance targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in business, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a retail or industrial sales setting
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously across different channels
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- A professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Reliable attendance record and flexibility to adapt to shift schedules as required
- Willingness to learn and develop within a blended support environment
