About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Pioneer Account team as part of our Wave 1 rainy season hiring initiative. This is a full-time position based in Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships with our clients.This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and directly contributes to the success of our business partnerships. This is a virtual application process, allowing us to reach talented candidates across the region.
Key responsibilities- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer questions regarding products, services, and account information
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt manner, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company system, maintaining comprehensive records for quality assurance purposes
- Process transactions, orders, and requests whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Follow established protocols and scripts whilst maintaining a personalised approach to customer engagement
- Contribute to achieving team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum; additional educational qualifications are advantageous
- Proven customer service experience in a call centre or similar customer-facing environment, either locally or internationally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear accent and professional telephone manner
- Strong listening skills and ability to empathise with customers' concerns and needs
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask effectively whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling challenging customer situations
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting performance targets and deadlines
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with the Pioneer Account or previous experience with similar high-volume customer service environments is preferred
- Basic knowledge of the products or services offered by the Pioneer Account is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided
