About the role

Top Alliance is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Financial Retail Account to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an attractive package of up to 27,000 PHP monthly.

In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our financial retail clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support whilst handling inquiries, transactions, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing our clients' satisfaction, directly contributing to the reputation and success of Top Alliance in the competitive financial services sector.

Key responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from financial retail customers with professionalism and courtesy
  2. Provide accurate information regarding financial products, services, and account details to customers
  3. Process customer transactions, including account inquiries, balance checks, and service requests
  4. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
  5. Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the system for quality assurance and future reference
  6. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and financial products to provide consistent and reliable service
  7. Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, including data protection and confidentiality protocols
  8. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues to achieve shared customer service goals
  9. Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality metrics
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in customer service or financial services is advantageous
  2. Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call centre or contact centre environment
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally in English
  4. Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
  5. Proficiency with computer systems, call centre technology, and standard Microsoft Office applications
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset when dealing with challenging situations
  8. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet
  9. Reliability and punctuality with a consistent attendance record
  10. Familiarity with financial services or retail banking is preferred but not essential
