Finance Intern

• Location: Chino Roces, Makati City
• Work Arrangement: Full On-Site
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to work on financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. The Finance Intern will assist in supporting the finance department with day-to-day tasks and long-term financial projects, offering valuable insight into corporate finance and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Support financial data analysis and help track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help reconcile accounts, process invoices, and track expenses.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial documents.
• Conduct research on market trends, financial performance, and industry benchmarks.
• Provide support during financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax documents.
• Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and updating financial records.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with large sets of data and maintain accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and corporate finance.
