• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting or financial management software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
