Finance Manager/Finance Consultant

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the President on corporate and business-related matters.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability, liquidity, and overall financial health.
• Assist in corporate planning, financial strategy, and business expansion initiatives.
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven financial insights and analysis.

• Review and analyze financial statements, management reports, and operational results across multiple companies.
• Review financial models, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections and make recommendations to the president as basis of decision making.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the President and stakeholders.

• Conduct feasibility studies, investment analysis, and financial due diligence for new projects and ventures.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, financing options, and potential acquisitions or partnerships.
• Assess return on investment (ROI), payback periods, and financial sustainability of projects.

• Provide recommendations on cost management, revenue enhancement, and financial efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial consulting, investment analysis, or strategic finance.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience supporting senior executives or handling multi-company/group structures is highly preferred.
• Exposure to infrastructure, utilities, environmental services, or technology industries is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, strategic, and capable of handling confidential financial information
