Identify and secure new business opportunities within the automotive and mobility sectors.
- Build, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Lead commercial engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation and implementation.
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and customer solution development in partnership with operations and regional stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across automotive manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and related industries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

A successful Sales Development Specialist (FVL) should have:
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience within automotive logistics, vehicle transportation, automotive supply chain solutions, or a related industry.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations independently.
- Strong network and relationships within the automotive ecosystem are highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including exposure to regional or multinational environments.
- Comfortable working in a highly field-based role and engaging customers regularly on-site.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
