About the Role
  • Diary & Email Management – Keeping calendars in sync, managing inboxes, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing tasks
  • Event & Travel Coordination – Booking travel, planning events, and handling logistics with ease
  • Administrative Support – Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks across the businesses
  • Task & Workflow Management – Staying ahead of deadlines, juggling priorities, and keeping things running smoothly across multiple teams

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative role
  • Confident with remote tools and modern tech platforms
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Employment Hero will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working across multiple businesses or supporting multiple stakeholders is a bonus
