Job Description:
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager during a critical phase of business optimisation and project delivery. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, works autonomously, and takes ownership of tasks from initiation to completion.The successful candidate will support cross‑divisional projects, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure the General Manager’s priorities are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager
- Manage and prioritise incoming tasks, communications, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with high accuracy
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and agenda preparation
- Track key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects
- Assist in executing strategic projects across business divisions
- Coordinate with department leads to gather data, insights, and updates
- Monitor progress of key initiatives and identify risks or delays
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to completion
- Document processes and assist with implementing improvements
- Support the General Manager in reviewing divisions to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Analyse workflows, systems, and processes to identify inefficiencies
- Assist in implementing process improvements and tracking results
- Compile data and reports to support decision-making
- Contribute ideas to improve operational performance
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Follow up on action items and maintain clear communication across divisions
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Qualification and requirements:
- 3–5 years of working experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Experience in property management or real estate is highly regarded but not essential
- Exposure to project coordination, business operations, or process improvement is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and reporting
