- Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
- Process and monitor company registration, permit renewals, licenses, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with government agencies.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for assigned personnel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR, finance, or other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any other related field.
Proficient in Computer and Google Workspace.
Strong in written and oral communication with organizational skills.
Multi-tasker and attention to detail.
