RPO Recruiter - Hybrid

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, recruiting, and hiring candidates for various light industrial positions, including:

• Maintenance Technician
• Assembly Line Workers
• Warehouse Associates
• Forklift Operators
• Material Handlers
• General Laborers
• Drivers
• Machine Operators

You will play a crucial role in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards (CB, Monster, Indeed), social media, and networking.
• Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates for light industrial roles.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Coordinate candidate offers and oversees the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the light industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Must be willing to work in hybrid set up at Ortigas, Pasig City during nightshift hours.
