We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Team Leader to oversee our recruitment efforts in Makati. This onsite role will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, developing strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for our organization.

• Lead the HR recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide training and guidance to junior recruiters and support staff in best practices for recruitment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
