Accounts Receivable Team Lead - Collections | Hybrid | Clark, Pampanga
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Collections Team Lead to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational leadership, has strong Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections expertise, and can drive performance across multiple workflows.You will play a critical role in stabilizing operations, improving cash flow outcomes, and building disciplined execution within a growing shared services environment.
About the Company
In this role, you will support a client of CPS APAC, which is a BPO and Transformation Services company built for private equity-backed, operations-heavy service businesses growing through mergers and acquisitions. Many of our clients are navigating operational complexity after acquisitions and are outsourcing shared services for the first time.
We are building a high-performance shared services engine that runs faster, more efficiently, and more effectively every quarter—and our Team Managers are at the core of making that happen.
What You’ll Do
Collections Leadership (Primary Focus)- Lead teams handling receivables recovery across commercial or consumer accounts
- Manage aging portfolios (current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+)
- Drive structured follow-ups via calls, emails, and customer portals
- Ensure promise-to-pay commitments are fulfilled
- Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts proactively
- Oversee multiple workflows such as billing, dispatch, or customer operations
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and productivity targets are consistently achieved
- Manage workload distribution and operational queues effectively
- Act as a key operational partner to client stakeholders
- Provide insights and updates on collections performance
- Resolve disputes and payment delays collaboratively
- Support client reviews and governance discussions
- Track and analyze team KPIs and collections metrics
- Ensure accurate documentation and system updates
- Maintain discipline in follow-ups, call cadence, and reporting
- Coach and develop frontline specialists and collections experts
- Conduct structured coaching sessions and development plans
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements
- Support automation, analytics, and transformation initiatives
- Standardize successful practices into scalable workflows
What We’re Looking For
Experience- At least 3 years in collections operations or accounts receivable
- Experience leading teams in BPO or shared services environments
- Strong background in KPI and performance management
- Experience in B2B collections is highly preferred
- B2C experience is also welcome with strong leadership capability
