Finance Operations Team Lead - Collections | Hybrid | Clark, Pampanga
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Finance Operations Team Lead who will lead frontline teams delivering critical finance shared services.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how finance processes connect end-to-end—from invoicing to payment reconciliation—and can translate strategy into execution. You will play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently while leading and developing a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
Finance Operations Leadership- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Billing, and Cash Applications
- Manage invoice lifecycle from creation to payment reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions
- Coordinate issue resolution across finance workflows
- Drive daily operations across multiple finance workflows
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics
- Manage workload distribution and workflow queues
- Collaborate directly with client finance teams (Controllers, Finance Managers, etc.)
- Provide performance updates and resolve billing/payment issues
- Support operational reviews and governance meetings
- Lead, coach, and develop finance specialists
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
- Build a culture of accountability and ownership
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Support automation and transformation initiatives
- Standardize successful processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience- At least 3 years in Finance Operations or Shared Services
- Strong experience in at least two:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Billing / Invoicing
- Cash Application
- Exposure to Accounting or FP&A is a plus
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Hands-on leader who leads from the front
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong communication skills with both teams and stakeholders
