Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to meet KPIs and SLAs and ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain network uptime targets as part of key performance indicators
- Oversee daily operations and team performance against set targets
- Prepare and consolidate operational reports (daily/weekly)
- Handle client inquiries and represent the team in meetings/presentations
- Lead team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support hiring activities, including interviews and onboarding
- Provide technical guidance and resolve client or project issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet program objectives
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in telecom or wireless optimization
- Knowledge of wireless networks, RAN technologies, and OSS tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu (Visayas) or relocate if needed
