 A.  Job Qualifications:

 B.  Job Summary:

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s recruitment operations to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified personnel for operational and administrative positions. The role focuses on managing recruitment activities for helpers, drivers, sales clerks, purchasing staff, accounting personnel, and other manpower requirements necessary to support daily business operations.

The position works closely with department heads, supervisors, hiring managers, and HR personnel to identify staffing needs, address manpower gaps, and coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This includes candidate screening, interview coordination, applicant evaluation, and ensuring recruitment activities are aligned with company hiring standards and operational requirements.

Beyond recruitment coordination, the Recruitment Supervisor contributes to workforce stability and operational continuity by improving sourcing strategies, maintaining organized recruitment processes, and ensuring manpower requirements are filled efficiently.

Through proactive recruitment planning, strong coordination, and effective candidate management, the role supports the company’s workforce readiness and operational productivity.

 C.  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Operations Management
  • Supervises day-to-day recruitment activities to ensure manpower requirements are filled efficiently and according to operational timelines.
  • Manages recruitment for helpers, drivers, sales clerks, purchasing staff, accounting personnel, and other operational positions.
  • Coordinates with hiring managers and department supervisors regarding staffing requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment updates.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Implements sourcing strategies through job postings, referrals, online platforms, and recruitment networks to attract qualified applicants.
  • Conducts applicant screening, resume evaluation, and initial interviews to identify candidates aligned with company requirements.
  • Maintains candidate databases and recruitment records to ensure organized hiring processes and applicant tracking.
  • Hiring Coordination & Interview Management
  • Coordinates interview schedules, applicant assessments, and hiring activities with department heads and management.
  • Facilitates communication between applicants and hiring teams to ensure efficient recruitment processing and candidate experience.
  • Monitors recruitment timelines and hiring status updates to support timely manpower deployment.
  • Manpower Planning & Workforce Support
  • Addresses manpower gaps and urgent staffing requirements to maintain operational continuity and workforce availability.
  • Works closely with department managers to forecast staffing needs and prioritize recruitment requirements.
  • Supports onboarding and employee deployment coordination to ensure smooth integration of newly hired personnel.
  • Recruitment Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensures recruitment activities comply with company hiring policies, procedures, and employment requirements.
  • Prepares recruitment reports, hiring summaries, and manpower updates for management review and workforce planning.
  • Maintains complete and accurate applicant records, hiring documentation, and recruitment files.
  • Process Improvement & Team Coordination
  • Identifies recruitment process improvements to strengthen hiring efficiency and candidate sourcing effectiveness.
  • Coordinates with HR personnel and operational teams to support recruitment initiatives and workforce objectives.
  • Promotes professional recruitment practices and timely communication to improve hiring outcomes and operational support.
