Recruitment Specialist (Corporate Hiring)

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist who will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for corporate and niche positions. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and specialized roles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using traditional and innovative recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Screen, assess, and endorse qualified candidates aligned with business requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant recruitment experience, particularly in corporate or niche hiring.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare or medical-related roles (e.g., USRN QA, USRN Trainer, or similar positions).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong process management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude with a passion for teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering results.
