US HEALTHCARE RECRUITER (Incentive + Salary)
MCM & Associates is actively hiring an experienced RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST, preferably with healthcare experience, from the Philippines to contribute to our esteemed healthcare recruitment initiatives in the United States. JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of solid healthcare recruitment experience.
- Experience in recruiting healthcare positions such as RN, LVN, Physician, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants is highly preferred.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Lead Sourcing and Cold Calling is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
- Willingness to work on a Night Shift (Central Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time).
- Must be willing to work ONSITE at our Ortigas office. (Potential shifting to Hybrid depending on performance)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, confidentiality, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Has excellent client management skills and is organized.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
- Active listening skills and must be able to type around 45-60 wpm.
- Sourcing Specialist position open for FRESH Grads with GREAT English communication skills.
- Salary Package ranges from P30,000.00 to P45,000.00 depending on years of experience.
- High bonus potential of up to *P10,000.00 for each successful placement, to be paid on top of your salary.
- Enjoy a 4-day work week: Choose between Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday (40-hour shift per week)
