The Housekeeping and Property Management assistant will ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and operational functionality of the company. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, managing maintenance requests, inventory control, and maintain building safety and appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning & Sanitation: Performing in-depth cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, hallways, and exteriors.
- Maintenance & Inspections: Scheduling routine maintenance
- Inventory & Supplies: Stocking and managing inventory levels.
- Safety & Security: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including locking up facilities and reporting repairs
