About the role
Bestoptions Assistance, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Property Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the optimal performance and satisfaction of our clients and tenants.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant management
- Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income
- Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating with contractors and vendors to address any issues
- Handling tenant inquiries, lease negotiations, and renewals in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement improvements to the property management process
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential sector
- Strong understanding of construction, maintenance, and building systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
