We are looking for a highly experienced and licensed Property Manager to lead operations across multiple properties. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong engineering background and proven leadership in property and building management.

Key summary:

The Property Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing, controlling and planning the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the assigned property/ies, building facilities and equipment.
He/She shall design and implement strategies, methods and policies effective in meeting the needs and requirements of clients. He/She shall be responsible in identifying renewal needs of the Building and be able to meet the financial objectives of the company.

Qualifications

Licensed Engineer in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical disciplines (Passed Board/Professional Exam)
Minimum 5 years experience as a Property Manager, preferably at Cluster-Head level or managing multiple properties
3–5 years of managerial experience in: Property Management, Building Operation,Equipment Maintenance
Proven background in project management, real estate development, or related fields
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Experience managing CBRE-certified buildings is an advantage
Demonstrates a tenant-centric and service-oriented approach
Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus
