Role: Admin Assistant – Franchising & Property
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga), Cebu, Bacolod, Ortigas, Makati

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support both our Franchising and Property teams. This role plays a key part in coordinating construction activities, managing approvals, and supporting the end-to-end franchise recruitment process.

You will work closely with internal teams, franchise partners, contractors, and external regulatory bodies to help ensure projects run smoothly from planning through to store opening.

Key Responsibilities

Property & Construction Support
  • Manage approvals and certification processes, including coordination with certifiers, councils, and builders to secure Occupation Certificates
  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and budgets in alignment with Construction Manager timelines
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify defects, and ensure issues are addressed prior to handover
  • Assist with permits and approvals across multiple states
  • Support on-site coordination activities as required
Franchise Support
  • Support Stage 1–3 of the franchise recruitment process
  • Maintain and manage franchise CRM systems and records
  • Assist with tracking candidate progress and ensuring accurate documentation across stages
Project & Systems Management
  • Manage the Monday.com board for property projects, including construction and new restaurant openings
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date reporting across active projects
  • Support cross-functional coordination between property, franchising, and operations teams
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with builders, contractors, franchise partners, councils, and regulatory authorities
  • Act as a key coordination point to ensure timely communication and issue resolution

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • Qualifications in Project Management, Property, Business, or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in an administration, coordination, or project support role, ideally within QSR, retail, property, or construction environments
  • Understanding of construction approvals, compliance processes, or state-based regulatory requirements is highly regarded
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through
