Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking highly skilled aluminium facade drafting professionals with strong BIM and technical detailing capabilities to support ongoing projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
The selected candidates will work as part of a dedicated engineering team handling:
- Curtain wall systems Unitized and Stick System
- Aluminium windows & doors
- Screens & cladding
- Custom facade elements
- Fabrication drawings
- BIM coordination
We are specifically looking for high-caliber professionals with strong technical discipline, attention to detail, and experience in GCC facade projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Lead facade drafting and BIM coordination
- Prepare:
- Shop drawings
- Fabrication drawings
- Assembly details
- Interface details
- Coordinate with:
- Structural
- MEP
- Site teams
- Review junior draftsmen work
- Ensure compliance with:
- Project specifications
- BOQ
- Consultant requirements
BIM Responsibilities:
- Develop Revit BIM models (LOD 300–400)
- Clash detection & coordination
- BIM family management
- Extract shop drawings from BIM model
- Material Take-off
Rendering & Visualization:
- Support façade rendering and presentation visuals
- Prepare conceptual visualizations when required
QA/QC Responsibilities:
- Internal technical review
- Drawing verification
- Coordination checking
- Revision control
Qualifications and requirements:
- 7+ years experience
- Strong façade/aluminium background
- GCC project experience preferred
- Experience with:
- Curtain wall systems
- Aluminium fabrication drawings
- BIM coordination
Preferred Experience:
- Schüco systems
- Technal systems
- Reynaers systems
- Custom façade systems
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Revit
- Microsoft Excel
- LogiKal (Orga-Data)
Preferred:
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- 3ds Max
- Enscape
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
Required Experience:
- 7+ years experience
- Strong façade/aluminium background
- Experience with:
- Curtain wall systems
- Aluminium fabrication drawings
- BIM coordination
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Revit
- Microsoft Excel
- LogiKal (Orga-Data)
